Scotty Gifford is both a Realtor® and Mortgage Loan Officer, specializing in divorce home buyouts and creative lending solutions that preserve credit and homeownership eligibility for both spouses.
Scotty’s unique dual role allows clients to explore every possible option, from refinancing to partitioning an owelty lien while removing the fear and confusion that often surrounds post-divorce real estate.
